Shipping policy

General

SV Liquid is fulfilling orders daily. Currently, orders are departing our facility Mon - Fri.

SV Liquid uses USPS to ship orders.  Please allow 1 - 5 business days to deliver.SV Liquid does not guarantee these time frames.


SV Liquid does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays. All orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We will do our best to maintain these guidelines, however there are inevitably times that unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the specific day it might be anticipated.

At all times svliquids.com reserves the right to refuse sale/shipment to any customer.

Delayed Packages: 

If a package is late, please wait 3 business days from the time it was scheduled to arrive before contacting SV Liquid. In most cases packages have been arriving within this time frame. In the unfortunate case a package does not arrive within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery and the tracking status is "confirmed" or "in-transit" please contact us so we can begin monitoring the situation. If 15 days from the scheduled date of delivery go by and the package has still not arrived, and the tracking status is still "confirmed" or "in-transit" at that time we will issue a refund.

Refund:

For lost orders please allow 15 days from the scheduled date of delivery go by. If the package has still not arrived, and the tracking status is still "confirmed" or "in-transit" at that time we will issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen From Doorstep:

If the tracking status for your package is updated to "delivered" and you still have not received your package it will be considered lost or stolen from doorstep and at that point you will be advised to file a claim for your lost or stolen package via USPS.

Return to Sender:

SV Liquid will re-ship Return to Sender (RTS) packages if they arrive back at our facility due to a mistake on our behalf. If an address is entered incorrectly on a customers behalf or if a package is RTS due to misdelivery the order will be canceled and refunded.
